Aggie Calendar
Houston Aggie Weekend Coming March 27th
Houston Aggie Weekend 2003 is set for March 27-April 1. With eight events planned, there will be something for everyone. The weekend kicks off with a Happy Hour on Thursday. Friday features the Singing Cadets in Concert. On Saturday, Aggies will start the day with a Habitat for Humanity project and finish up playing at the Social and Casino Night. The weekend continues on Sunday with the Domino Tournament, then Aggie Night at the Aeros Hockey game. Monday brings an opportunity to get out on the links at the Golf Tournament. On Tuesday, we'll close out the long weekend at the Houston Food Bank. All proceeds will be donated to Texas A&M students and student programs. For details about Houston Aggie Weekend, go to

Spring Aggie Ring Orders Due March 31st
The Aggie Ring Program is currently taking Ring orders for qualified former students. Rings ordered by March 31, 2003 will be delivered on May 8, 2003 at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center. Parents' Weekend 2003 Coming April 11-13
Parents' Weekend 2003 is almost here! Mark your calendars for "A Weekend Bigger Than Texas," April 11-13. Weekend events include the Aggie Mom's Boutique, Midnight Yell Practice and Bevo Burn BBQ. Come out and enjoy three days of Aggie Pride and Tradition with other Aggies, their families and friends! Maroon & White Football Game Scheduled for April 12
On Saturday, April 12, Texas A&M Head Football Coach Dennis Franchione and the Aggie football team will conduct the Maroon & White Spring Football Game with kickoff scheduled for 2 p.m. Tickets for the game can be purchased in advance for $5 for adults, with age 12 and under admitted free. Tickets can be purchased at the Athletic Ticket Office in the lobby of G. Rollie White Coliseum, or fans may order by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE (888-992-4443) or 845-2311. Sawyer, Selleck Among Bush Library Leadership Panelists
Former President George Bush hosted Diane Sawyer-Correspondent and Co-Anchor of ABC News Primetime Thursday and Good Morning America, NASA Astronaut Steve Lindsey, actor Tom Selleck, and Steve Wynn-Chairman of Wynn Resorts, at a leadership forum March 17 at the George Bush Presidential Library Center.

Former A&M Chancellor Dies at 87
Frank W.R. Hubert, who served as chancellor of The Texas A&M University System from 1979-81, died March 16th. He was 87. Read more.

A&M Fish Drill Team Takes Second at Competition
Mardi Gras isn't all parties and frivolity. For the 28 members of Texas A&M's Fish Drill Team, a weekend trip to New Orleans was hard work that paid off with a second-place finish in the annual Tulane Invitational Drill Meet. Read more.
