Robert William "Robb" Havey, Jr. 

May 28, 1971 - November 12, 2023 

With loved ones by his side, Robert (Robb) William Havey, Jr. passed away peacefully at home on November 12, 2023.

Robb was born May 28, 1971 to Robert and Leslie Havey in Columbia, South Carolina. After growing up in El Paso, Texas he went to Texas A&M University for Industrial Engineering and became an Aggie for life. While in College Station, Robb met and married his love Sandra in 1999. Together they moved about the country before settling in Gainesville, Virginia, where they both worked for Micron making many lifelong friends.

Robb always had a positive life attitude that kept him going through life, despite many health problems. He was a man of many interests and hobbies. Watching Aggie games, cruising in his Honda Beat convertible, playing Wordle, Hand and Foot, and Online MMORT games. Robb's fondness of cats, resulted in much cuddling, especially “Bear”, and always put a smile on his face. Robb was known for his adventuresome nature, ever ready to try a new food or travel to far away places with family and friends. His most frequent response to any expedition was "Sure, why not?" Robb will be remembered as a kind hearted and generous man who was always excited for the next adventure.

Robb is survived by his wife of 24 years Sandra Uhlig-Havey, his parents Robert and Leslie Havey of Schertz TX, his brother and sister-in-law Yurii and Cindy, and his grandmother, Thelma. He will be dearly missed and his memory forever in our hearts.

Services will be held at Demaine Funeral Home in Fairfax, Virginia on Friday December 1, 2023. The visitation starts at 1PM, the Memorial at 2PM, and reception to follow.
