Kenneth Clifton "Ken" Muth, Jr., Maj. USAF (Ret) 

November 16, 1951 - June 19 2024 

Kenneth Clifton Muth, Jr., age 72, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in Floresville, Texas. He was born on November 16, 1951, to parents Elizabeth Willits Warner and Kenneth Clifton Muth in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Kenneth attended Texas A&M University, accepting an Air Force commission upon graduation in 1974. He was a Navigator on the following aircraft: AC 130, KC135, and RC 135. He completed his master’s degree at Michigan State University in 1989. Major Muth retired from the Air Force on 1994, and after retirement he was active in the local go-karting club and in the local chapter of the Train Collectors Association.

He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Clifton Muth and his mother, Elizabeth Willits Warner Muth. He is survived by his wife Linda Muth; his son Jonathan Muth and his wife Lisa Muth; daughter Jennifer Cool and her husband Kyle Cool; his grandchildren Jayden, Jude, Matthew, Eli and Benjamin; brother Thomas Muth and wife Patty Muth; and nephew Chase Muth.

The family will receive friends at 11:00 AM on July 8, 2024, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.

Pallbearers will be Bobby G. Wright, Paul L. Wright, Shane Wright, Jayden C. Muth, Matthew A. Schonefeld, Kyle R. Cool.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Texas Veterans Commission.
