Andrea Gayle (Kisner) Raymond 

August 3, 1947 - September 25, 2016 

Andrea Gayle (Kisner) Raymond, 69 of Rockdale, Texas passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 just outside Memphis, Tennessee. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale, Texas with Rev. Carl Hudson officiating. There will be a gathering of friends and family at the funeral home prior to service time starting at 1:00 pm.

Andrea was born August 3, 1947 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Charlie and Ada (Jones) Kisner. She graduated from Pittsburg High School and was a 1970 graduate of Texas A&M University. Andrea married William “Bill” Raymond on July 3, 1965 in Pittsburg, Texas and in 1978, they moved to Rockdale, Texas where she worked as a travel agent for many years. She loved to travel, cook, and shop in her spare time and was also involved in the Rockdale Fair Association working with the pageants.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Kisner on November 14, 1970 and Ada Kisner on May 21, 1993; brother, Kerry Lex Kisner on June 1, 1962; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Andrea is survived by her husband of 51 years, William “Bill” Raymond of Rockdale, Texas; sons, Dr. Kyle Raymond of Austin, Texas and Kent Raymond of Salado, Texas; daughter, Rebecca Baine of Hernando, Mississippi; and five grandchildren.
