Services for Farrell “Joe” Wallace will be held at 1:30p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Mambrino Baptist Church in Granbury, Texas, with Paul Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Wallace Family Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Lacy Funeral Home. Joe passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, in Bluff Dale, Texas. He was 81 years old. Arrangements are by Lacy Funeral Home.

Joe was born in Canadian, Texas, on January 30, 1943, to his parents, Russell Wallace and Beadie Pearl (Hand) Wallace. He married Treva Ann Weidner on October 20, 1962, in Stephenville, Texas.

Joe was a proud 1965 graduate of Texas A&M University. He worked for many years as an electrical engineer. His true passion was working and spending time on the ranch. Joe was a member of the Mambrino Baptist Church in Granbury, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Treva Ann Wallace of Bluff Dale, Texas; Beth VanWinkle and husband, Steve of Hempstead, Texas; Kenneth Wallace and wife Kelli of Bluff Dale, Texas; Julie McAuliffe and husband, J.J. of Austin, Texas, and Paul Wallace and wife, Silvia of Katy, Texas; ten grandchildren, Andrew and wife, Brittany, Joseph and wife, Liz, Casey, Weldon, William and wife, Karisa, Weston, Wyatt, Luke, Sofi, and Tallulah; six great-grandchildren, Olivia, Thomas, Henry, Vaelin, Zoe, and Emery; sister, Elaine Hyles and husband, Charles of Georgetown, Texas, and brother, Gary Wallace and wife, Belinda of Hawkins, Texas; and many friends.
