Dr. Sydney Joy Jaffe, 46, of Yuma, Arizona died Sept. 30, 2004, in Yuma.
She was born Jan. 4, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois. She was the staff neurologist at Yuma Regional Medical Center.
Burial was held in Philadelphia, Pa., at Adath Jeshurum Cemetery.
Johnson Mortuary handled local arrangements.
