Chris Kim To, DDS 

October 28, 1971 - July 31, 2024 

Dr. Chris-Kim Hoang To, 52, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2024 in Sugar Land, TX.

Chris-Kim Hoang To was a devoted and loving husband to Angelina Lien Truong for 23 years of marriage. He is survived by his wife, Angelina. Chris is also survived by his two children, Sophia Alexandra To, Sean Alexander To, and his mom Kathy Thanh Pham. Six half siblings also survive him. Chris was preceded in death by his father, Phillips Kiem Van To. Family was the most important part of his life.

Chris was born in Vietnam on October 28, 1971 to Phillips Kiem Van To and Kathy Thanh Pham. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in business in 1994 and then obtained his degree in dental surgery from University of Texas Dental Branch in 1998. With Angelina by his side, Chris opened up his own practice, Total Dental, and worked as a dentist for 24 years. He had a deep passion for dentistry in which he excelled greatly in. Chris touched countless lives through his work and life by the grace of Jesus Christ. He was so generous and compassionate to anyone that he would interact with.

Chris was a well rounded man. In his free time, he enjoyed reading. He loved to watch movies with his kids and spend time with them. He was a wonderful and caring father that was a source of love and motivation to his children. Chris also enjoyed working out, keeping up with football, stocks, and playing poker with friends.

Chris was a patient, kind and intelligent man who was a true pillar of strength for his family. He will be cherished forever by all who knew him.

Funeral Service will be held on August 17, 2024 at 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX. Committal Service will be held on August 17, 2024 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX.
