Shirley Anne Eheman 

April 14, 1945 - July 26, 2024 

On Friday, July 26, 2024, Shirley Anne (Smith) Eheman, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 79. She was born April 14, 1945, in Detroit, MI, to Preston Evans Potter Smith and Margaret Jane Moore Smith.

A graduate of Charles H. Milby High School in Houston, TX, Shirley received her Bachelor's from Texas A&M University. As a math teacher at Creekwood Middle School in Kingwood, Shirley shaped the lives of so many students, whom she adored. She was also an avid nature lover who advocated for environmental conservation.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael, and her brother, Stewart Smith. She is survived by her children, Beverly, Michael, Deborah, and Kathryn; her grandchildren, Ashley, Chance, Samantha, Hunter, Peyton, Elizabeth, Preston, Evelyn, and Michael.

An informal celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2:00 p.m., at Kingwood Funeral Home in Kingwood, TX.
