Charles Evan "Charlie" Still 

September 26, 1939 - September 28, 2024 

Charles Evan Still, 85, of Bryan, Texas passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024. He was born in Overton, Texas to Henry and Eva (Norman) Still.

Charles attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. He graduated in 1960 with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He went on to work as a Design Engineer and Product Engineering Manager for Alenco, Director of Product Design for Redman Building Products, and Vice President of Engineering for Reliant Building Products. Since 2001, Charles performed Consulting Services in the residential and commercial window and door industry.

He married the love of his life, Cindy Dyer on January 3, 1959 and together they had two children, Mark and Tammy. Since 1959, the Stills made their home in Bryan-College Station. In January 2023, they moved into Arbor Oaks, a Methodist Retirement Community in Bryan where they met many new and old friends.

Charles is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Cindy, daughter Tammy, and his parents. He is survived by his son Mark Still.
