Kathy J. (Krupicka) Husak 

October 19, 1955 - September 16, 2024 

Kathy (Krupicka) Husak, age 68, of Robinson, Texas passed away peacefully Monday evening, September 16, 2024 at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, Texas. 

Kathy was born October 19, 1955 in Waco, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Charlene (Bedrich) Krupicka. She was a 1974 graduate of Richfield High School and a 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University.

On January 13, 1979 she was united in marriage to Alfred Husak in West, Texas. Kathy was a faithful member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Woodway where she formerly taught CCE. She was also a member of The Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University. She worked in pharmaceutical sales for Pfizer for 20 years before retiring in 2016. Kathy enjoyed sewing, cooking, listening to Czech music, going on cruises, and traveling to Europe, particularly to the Czech Republic. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren and pets.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Alfred Husak of Robinson; her daughter, Dena Lee and husband Jason; two grandchildren, Emily and Leo Brown; two siblings; a cousin, Jan Zabcik; and many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2024 at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Woodway, with Rev. James Ekeocha officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CareNet or to the Knights of Columbus Council #13005.
