Lawrence Everett "Larry" Casbeer 

March 8, 1932 - October 20, 2024 

Lawrence Everett Casbeer, 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of the late Margaret Casbeer, entered into eternal rest Sunday, October 20, 2024. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, October 25, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel.

Lawrence was born March 8, 1932 in San Antonio, Texas, son of the late Jesse Casbeer, Sr. and Nelda Blum Casbeer. He was an elder at Essex Village Church of Christ and worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 40 years.

He is survived by three sons, Deron Casbeer of Charleston, SC, David Casbeer of Houston, TX, Dennis Casbeer of Leesburg, VA; grandchildren, Toni Hellstrom of Richmond, VA, and Shane Casbeer of Norfolk, VA.
