Elizabeth Jean Frasier 

November 10, 1989 - October 7, 2024 

Elizabeth Jean Frasier, 34, of The Woodlands, Texas died October 7, 2024. She was born in Houston, Texas on November 10, 1989.

Elizabeth earned her first passport stamp at six months old when the family relocated to London, England and she got her first taste of a European lifestyle. Elizabeth and family then returned to Texas in time for her Elementary education. During her Middle School years Elizabeth moved with her family to Wassenaar, The Netherlands.

During her time overseas Elizabeth developed a love for travel, and enjoyed trying out even the strangest local delicacies. Elizabeth earned her Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University. Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law and was a member of the Texas Bar. Elizabeth was a dedicated student throughout her life.

Elizabeth’s greatest joy was her son Jack, whom she loved fiercely and beyond measure. Elizabeth had a passion for Halloween, and could always be counted on to have the most elaborate and creepy Halloween display on the block. At the end, she expressed gratitude for her life, for all she was able to see, learn and experience.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents James Edwin Frasier and Marcella Jean Frasier; maternal grandparents Edwin Ralston Cable and Katherine Baer Malley; paternal uncle James Douglas Frasier.

She is survived by son Jack O’Malley Wilcox, parents Curtis Ronald and Pamela Jane Cable Frasier; sister Meredith Katherine Frasier.

A visitation for Elizabeth will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. A funeral service will occur Monday, October 14, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery.
