Scott Clay Cutter, III, Col. USAF (Ret) 

January 8, 1932 - February 18, 2021 

Col. Scott Clay Cutter, III, USAF, Retired, 89, of Overland Park, Kansas, died Thursday, February 18, 2021. Visitation will be from 2-3:00 PM Wednesday at the Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia Street, Lenexa, KS. Graveside Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 25, at the Macedonia Cemetery, Rolla, MO.

Scott was born January 8, 1932, in Oswego, IL. He retired as Colonel from the United States Air Force after 26 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Ann Cutter. He is survived by his sons, Scott (Tammi) Cutter, IV, Michael (Angela) Cutter, grandchildren, Gillian, Matthew, Seth, Jack, Claire, brother, William Cutter and extended family and friends.
