Ashlee Lynn Phan, 29, of Houston, Texas, beloved daughter, sister, grand-daughter, niece, cousin, friend, passed away on November 23, 2024. She was born on May 11, 1995 in Houston, Texas to Margaret Lynn and Steve Phan.

Ashlee is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, David & Carissa Lynn.

Survivors include her mom, Margaret Lynn; her dad, Steve Phan; brother, Nicholas Phan; paternal grandparents, William & Carolin Phan; aunts & uncles, Grace Lynn, Alice Chang and her husband, Vincent, Vincent Lynn, Lily Lynn, Francine Phan and her husband, Scott Tran, Paul Phan, and Andrew Phan and his wife, Luvimin Phan; cousins, Isabelle and Caleb Chang and Liam Phan; Godmother, Helen Ghozali and her husband, Harris and their son, Rey; and a host of friends.

Ashlee is a die-hard Aggie with a heart of gold and has never met a stranger. She has a contagious laugh and is a people magnet. She enjoys being around family and friends and lights up every room she's in. She loves to travel and is always seeking new adventures. She is a registered nurse at Children's Memorial Hermann and loves caring for the kids. She loves to shop for herself, her patients, friends, and family. She is always so thoughtful and puts others before herself. Ashlee will be greatly missed by all those who love her.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2024 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
