Frank Pizzano 

January 30, 1937 - December 7, 2024 

Mr. Frank Pizzano, of Huntsville, Alabama, died peacefully on Saturday December 7, 2024, at 87 years of age.

Mr. Pizzano graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1959. Following graduation, he joined the US Army as an officer and was stationed at the US Army Missile Command on Redstone Arsenal. After leaving the Army he worked for NASA civil service at Marshall Space Flight Center supporting the Apollo, Space Shuttle, Hubble and other programs. Along the way, he completed his MS degree in Statistics and Engineering at the University of Arizona, Tucson in 1971.

He was a long-time parishioner and active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He was a loving husband and father and will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Linda Jackson Pizzano; son, Christopher Pizzano; daughters, Stephanie P. Case, Amy Pizzano, and Andrea Pizzano; and his grandson, Milton (Miles) Watts.
