George N. Thomas, DVM
September 30, 1921 - May 26, 2024
Dr. George N. Thomas (Texas A&M ’50), age 102, of Whittier, California, died May 26, 2024. He was born in Texas.
During his career, he owned Macy & Thomas Veterinary Hospital in Whittier and County Line Animal Hospital in La Habra, California. Dr. Thomas was active with Kiwanis International and the Masonic Lodge. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
Dr. Thomas is survived by a daughter, a son, five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, California 90601.
