Jessica Lynn (Simanek) Anaruk 

April 11, 1981 - August 15, 2024 

Jessica Lynn (Simanek) Anaruk, 43, passed away resting in her home surrounded by her family on August 15, 2024. She defiantly battled cancer for over 8 years before her passing.

She was born on April 11, 1981 in Racine, Wisconsin to Joseph and Phyllis Simanek. She grew up in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to Plano, Texas in 1994. She graduated from Plano East Senior High School and went on to study Management Information Systems at Texas A&M University, graduating as part of the Class of 2003! She lead a successful and accomplished 19 year career in Information Technology before retiring to spend more time with family. Jessica was a force of nature and had a profoundly positive impact on all those who had the privilege to meet and know her.

She was a kind and caring mother, wife, and friend. She is survived by her parents, her sister Jamie Yar, her brother Paul Simanek, her husband Andrew Anaruk, and their two daughters Emma and Olivia. She leaves behind countless friends and family members who loved her dearly. May her memory live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew her.
