Suzanne Renee (Garretson) Duncan 

September 21, 1979 - November 1, 2024 

Suzanne Renee Garretson Duncan, 45, passed away peacefully on
November 1, 2024, with her family at her side.

Suzanne was born on September 21, 1979, in Houston, Texas, to
L.D. and Marilyn Garretson. She grew up in Katy, Texas, and graduated
from Katy High School in 1998, where she was active in the KHS band.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from
Texas A & M University, Class of ’02.

Suzanne loved life, the Astros, cooking, her precious dogs, running half
marathons, traveling, Stephen King novels, the Foo Fighters, and most of all,
her family. She was devoted to her life-long friends.

Suzanne is survived by the love of her life, husband Marc Duncan of Houston,
her mom Marilyn Davison Garretson of Katy, and uncle Larry Wayne Davison
of Freeport, father and mother-in-law Chas & Carol Duncan and sister and
brother-in-law Tracy & Mark Lawrence, all of Scotland and numerous cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, Larry Dwane Garretson of Katy,
grandparents Gerald & Beatrice Davison and Richard & Dorothy Garretson,
all of Graham.

Suzanne’s spirit and fierce loyalty will be celebrated by her family and friends
at a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
