Quin Drew Bagwell 

January 23, 1957 - January 21, 2025 

Quin Drew Bagwell, 67, of Claude, TX died Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd. with Ray Minkley officiating. Arrangements are made by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo, Texas.

Quin was born January 23, 1957, in Amarillo, TX to Rex and Mary Bagwell. He graduated from Claude High School in 1975 and earned his bachelor's degree in science from Texas A&M University in 1979.

He farmed and ranched in Armstrong County his entire life. He loved Aggie football, the Dallas Cowboys, motorcycle runs and traveling.

Quin was a compassionate and caring Christian man and would help anyone in need. He had a great sense of humor and would have everyone around him laughing with his infectious laugh.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his son, Blake Bagwell, of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Audra Ortiz and husband Eric, of Amarillo, TX; grandson, Leo Ortiz, of Amarillo, TX; two brothers, Ross Bagwell and wife Paula, of Amarillo, TX; and Tim Bagwell and wife Angie, of Claude, TX; two sisters, Beth Childers and husband Gerald, of Seagraves, TX, and Diane Taylor and husband Mickey, of Claude, TX; as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who loved him.
