Sergio Othon Serna Saldivar

Sergio O. Serna Saldivar passed away March 5, 2025.
He was a graduate of Tec de Monterrey, with a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
He dedicated more than thirty years to research and teaching at Tecnológico de Monterrey. His legacy extends beyond academia through the scientists he mentored, the books he published, and the patents he secured, all of which have propelled advancements in the food industry.
