I apologize in advance if this isn't the best planned Muster, but I'm doing my best to organize this event. Truth be told, I never attended Muster during my time at Texas A&M. Having said that, I am trying hard to make this event happen and encourage Aggies of all ages to join us in remembering those that have passed away while celebrating their lives over a meal together.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, Salt + Smoke will not be able to accommodate a party of our size. Truth be told, I was not expecting that many people to RSVP for Muster, but the A&M faithful responded with nearly 30 Aggies looking to gather in St. Louis tomorrow to celebrate the lives of those we lost recently. As a last-minute backup plan, we will be meeting at Urban Chestnut Brewing Company on 4465 Manchester Ave at 8 p.m. There is a game room at this brewery located immediately on the right-hand side after entering the building. I’m told the space is seldom used & there is a bartender working that area for those interested in having a few drinks. I sincerely apologize to those of you that looked forward to eating BBQ. I should have prepared better & I won’t make this same mistake come next year’s Muster. I hope y’all will forgive me and still have a memorable time at Muster tomorrow.
