Howdy! We are honored to have Dr. Thomas P. Chang ’83 be our Muster Speaker.
Dr. Chang is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in both academia and industry. He currently serves as an adjunct professor in the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at Tunghai University, specializing in leadership, corporate culture, core values, team building, change management, and workplace coaching.
Dr. Chang holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. His professional career includes significant roles such as the Asia-Pacific Marketing and Technical Director at DuPont and President and General Manager at INVISTA Taiwan.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Dr. Chang is a certified coach, teacher, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. He is currently an adjunct professor at Tunghai University teaching “Leadership & Management” and "The Way to Success" to the University’s EMBA CEO Class and it's GMBA Program. Dr. Chang is also the author of the 2018 book, “The Business Management Lessons TED Didn't Teach: Six Life-Savors for Leaders”
Dr. Chang's diverse background and dedication to leadership development have made him a valuable asset to both the academic and business communities.
