Howdy!
Our hope and goal is to provide Bavarian Aggies a place to come and gather together for Muster 2025. Aggie Muster is a time for fellow Aggies to gather from all corners around the world, and we would love to help facilitate that.
Hosting is myself, Kelsey Wentling, fighting Texas Aggie class of 2019 and Captain Benjamin Laney, fighting Texas Aggie class of 2018. We are two former students who find ourselves in Bavaria for a few years - Captain Benjamin Laney serves with the US Army JAG (2024-Present) at Grafenwöhr/Tower Barracks. While myself, Kelsey, and my dog (a 3 year old King Charles Cavalier, named Taro) moved to attend the University of Bayreuth for a Masters of Environmental Chemistry. We are both Aggies, we met at Texas A&M in 2018, and would be honored to host any and all Aggies and friends/family of Aggies around Bavaria (Army affiliated or not). Bring yourself, some friends, something to share for a potluck style meal, and we would love to host for a casual evening with food and friendly chats.
We will be hosting in our home, an apartment above a restaurant in central Amberg. Setting is informal; wear maroon if you'd like but not necessary. Please reach out with any allergies/dietary restrictions and we will gladly accommodate.
Important event information: Very unfortunately our apartment is not ADA accessible. If anyone interested in attending is unable to walk a flight of stairs, let us know and we will gladly work to accommodate for you and meet somewhere in public instead that is ADA accessible.
