Cindy Schaer of Sealy, Texas was born December 3, 1952 and passed away at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital on May 30, 2013. Cindy graduated from Sealy High School in 1971 and received a Master’s Degree from Texas A & M University in 1976. Cindy was a CPA in Sealy, TX for 25 years.
