NED REVERE STULL
STULL NED REVERE STULL passed away peacefully in his home on June 8th, 2015 at the age of 87. Marilyn 'Lynn' (nee Henderson), his beloved wife preceded him in 2000. Ned is survived by his children, Michal Everist (Rick), Timothy (Kathie) and Mitchell (Christy). Grandfather of Tres, Emma (Jim), Tim, Matt, Calie (Anthony), Meghan, Christopher, and Sarah. Great-grandfather of Amy, Jackson, and Chase. Ned was also preceded in death by his second wife, Yvette (Hoffman) in 2007. Ned honorably served our country in both the Navy and the Air Force, serving as a P-51 Mustang pilot in Korea to flying C-141 Starlifters in Vietnam. During his Air Force career, he attended Texas A&M University where he received his engineering degree prior to being promoted to Major. Ned retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Colonel in 1970 and then returned to Cleveland with his family and enjoyed a second career as an executive editor with Penton Publishing. Family will receive friends on Sunday, June 28th at the STROUD-LAWRENCE FUNERAL HOME, 95 S. Franklin Street in Chagrin Falls. Visiting hours are 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The Memorial service will be held the following day, Monday June 29th at the Chagrin Falls United Methodist Church, 20 S. Franklin Street at 11:00 am. Immediate family will then travel to Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg for internment. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to the American Cancer Society .
