Thomas Edward Stockton, 68, of Fannin, passed away December 4, 2016 after a long illness. He was born August 14, 1948 in Lamesa, Texas to William Lincoln Stockton and Ada Sue Welch Stockton. He graduated from Goliad High School in 1966 and from Texas A&M University
in 1970 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education. Tom worked for many years in Victoria I.S.D.
Tom is survived by wife, Victoria Stockton of Fannin; children, Stacy Stockton of Goliad, Darcy Stockton of Tilden, Heather (Patrick) Mackay of Fannin, and Benjamin (Jennifer) Stockton of Woodsboro; grandchildren: Sergio S. (Norma) Edison, Lauren Edison, Trinity
Brooks, Rowdy Siddon, Aubrey Roberts, Willow Roberts, Kamryn Stockton, Bowen Stockton and Kade Stockton; great-grandchildren, RaeLynn Edison and Sergio B. Edison; mother, Ada Sue Stockton of Beeville; brothers, Bill (Kathy) Stockton of Beeville and Shelby
(Kelley) Stockton of Point Comfort; sister-in-law, Peggy Stockton of Cypress; nephews and nieces: Trey Stockton, Brenda Stockton Bond, Carrie Stockton Westfall, Linc Stockton, David Stockton, Jacque Stockton, and many other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lincoln Stockton, and his brother, Bob Stockton.
Memorial service was held Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Rushing Wind Fellowship in Victoria, Texas.
