JASON PRIGGE
Sept. 30, 1970 — July 30, 2017
From Richland, WA | Born in Mesa, AZ
Jason Newman Prigge
Jason Newman Prigge lived life with his arms wide open. He entered into rest with his loving family by his side, on July 30, 2017 at the age of 46. Jason was born September 30, 1970 in Mesa, Arizona to Ernest and Barbara Prigge. He spent his youth in a pool
or on a soccer field in Texas and graduated from Round Rock High School. A devout Aggie, Jason proudly served in the Corp of Cadets at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he exemplified the Corp values - honor, courage, integrity, leadership,
discipline and selfless service. These values served as a foundation to how he lived his life each and every day.
Upon completing his Bachelor of Science degree, Jason married the love of his life and fellow Aggie, Jami Moore. Together they moved to Dallas where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic. In 1999, Jason and Jami moved to
Richland, Washington where Jason established himself as a compassionate, talented chiropractor who took great pride in providing exemplary patient care. He had a true heart of a servant, hands of a healer and desire to improve the quality of life for all of
his patients.
Indeed Jason’s favorite roles in life were that of husband and father. With God’s grace, he and Jami created an incredible family of 5 centered in faith, driven by kindness and fueled by love. He adored raising his children Kyle, Kaleb and Kaitlyn. He thrived
on coaching them in life, in school and in sports. He was forever present, whether cheering loudly from the sidelines or serving quietly behind the scenes; he didn’t miss a single moment in the lives of his children.
Jason never met a stranger and found great joy in spending time with friends. He was the first to offer support when needed and was known for “giving the best hugs ever”. In the summer you could find him on a boat, fishing or skiing with family and friends.
In the winter months he loved to be in the mountains chasing his kids down the ski hill. And, he absolutely loved spending time with his friends and family cheering on his beloved Aggies.
Jason is survived by his wife Jami, children Kyle (16), Kaleb (14) and Kaitlyn (10); mom and dad Ernie and Barbara, in laws Peter Moore and Debbie Moore, sister Mary Lee (Colin) Dobi their children Andrew, Ryan, and Joe, sister in law Sara (Tom) Federico their
children Ella, Mia and Luca, Grandpa Bill Fisher, dear friends Mark and Janet Schuster and Rob and Susan McNally, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and countless special friends.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents; Henry and Clara Prigge, Bob and Lee Newman, Barbara Fisher and Earl and Jean Moore.
