Colonel Bobby J. Carter (U. S. Army, Retired), 86, of Simpsonville, died on Wednesday, the 22nd day of December, 2021, in Louisville. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, he was the son of the late Wilbert C. and Bernice Louise Trent Carter. He was an Episcopalian.
