Four F-16s piloted by Aggies will conduct the flyover before Saturday’s game vs. Florida.
They come from the 301st Fighter Wing, which has a rich tradition of leadership in the reserve component of the Air Force dating back to the mid-1940s. The 301st is based at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth Carswell Field (formerly Carswell Air Force Base, named for Horace Carswell ’38).
