Harold D. Wolfe, Jr.

January 1, 1933 - February 21, 2023

Harold D. Wolfe Jr, 90, passed away February 21, 2023, in Bradenton, Florida, three years after he suffered a stroke.

He is preceded in death by his parents Harold Wolfe Sr and Flois Wolfe and stepson Richard Wolfe.

He is survived by his brother, Henry Lee Wolfe, three children Lou Ann Rickman, Lee Wolfe, Susan Strzelewicz, son-in-law, David Strzelewicz, three grandchildren, Danyelle Rickman-Spatter, David Strzelewicz Jr, and Ruth Strzelewicz, and three great-grandchildren, Trysten Kuskie, Breyanna Kuskie, and Logan Spatter, and three stepsons, Michael Wolfe, John Wolfe, and George Wolfe.

Hal was born on the very first day of 1933 in Joy, Texas, spent the second part of his childhood in Borger, Texas, then finished high school in Wichita Falls, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955.  Hal graduated from Texas A&M in 1960 and worked as an architect all his adult life and in recent years was also a plans examiner for the County of Manatee.
