Charles Elliott Stayton 

January 30, 1985 - October 12, 2022 

Charles "Elliott" Stayton passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022. He was born on January 30, 1985 in Garland, Texas. Elliott graduated from Trinity High School in 2003 and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University in 2007.

Elliott was a math and science teacher at the Universal Academy from 2007 until 2015. He touched so many students' lives that say he is the reason they stayed in school to graduate.

In fall of 2015 he came to work with his Mother at Stayton Appraisal where he was currently working.

Elliott is survived by parents, Jim and Charlcya Stayton, uncles Bill Elliott and Jon Elliott,cousins Jonathan Elliott and Spencer Elliott, cousin Amber Elliott and spouse Jim Burton, cousin Ashley McDonald and spouse David McDonald, cousin Samantha Church and spouse Austin Church, cousins Jacob McDonald, Evan McDonald, & Presley McDonald, Andrew Church and Connor Church.

Services will be Saturday at 4:00 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 405 N. Elm, Trinity, Texas and all are welcome. After the service all are welcome to his family's home at 329 W. San Jacinto Street, Trinity, Texas.
