James Clyde McElwrath, Jr. 

August 31, 1966 - January 13, 2025 

James Clyde McElwrath, Jr., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the blessed age of 58. He was born August 31, 1966 in San Antonio, TX to James Clyde McElwrath, Sr. and Elizabeth Blankenship Leon.

He is reunited in heaven with his grandparents, father and several cousins. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his mother Elizabeth; sister Elizabeth Ann McElwrath Bolish, her husband Russell Peyton Bolish, nieces Christina Kaitlyn Bolish, Lauren Kathryn Bolish; as well as extended family members and friends.

Jimmy was an Aggie at Heart. He received his Degree from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Jimmy loved Nature and all of Gods Creations. He loved being at the ranch and was at peace there. He enjoyed looking at the constellations and wrote about Mars. Heaven has gained a treasured soul. He will live forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
