Roll Call Tribute

John N. Hunt '47, 90, of Mount Pleasant died March 7, 2007. He was a master sergeant and surgical technician with the 305 General Hospital in New Guinea in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a veterinarian and worked in his father's practice in Mount Pleasant. He retired in 1981. Survivors include a son; four daughters; eight grandchildren, including Robert C. Messel '05; and 15 great-grandchildren.
