The Association is experiencing issues with incoming and outgoing calls. We are working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience!

Recognition & Dedication Pages

Family and friends of Distinguished Alumni have the opportunity to purchase space in the Gala dinner program for a half, full or two-page recognition and dedication page as an additional way to express congratulations to current year honorees.

You may provide your own artwork or The Association of Former Students’ Graphics team can provide a template.

How do I get started?

After purchasing a recognition and dedication page here through registration, a member of our team will reach out to you for further information. Please read the details below for both working with The Association to design your own artwork and submitting your own.

I want The Association to design my artwork.

A team member will work with you to decide a preferred layout. We will need all content you wish to include (photos, verbiage, logos, etc.) by the deadline specified below. Once our team has created your page, you will be able to provide one round of edits to request any changes.

Please note, our team reserves the right to make edits and suggestions to verbiage in order to ensure our communication standards are consistent through the printed program. Any changes will be shared with the purchaser for final approval.

Examples of prior year recognition & dedication pages can be found here. Please note, these are all in black, white and maroon. Backgrounds are created to mirror the artwork reflected on the program cover.

I want to design my own artwork.

Below are the design specifications and parameters you will need to follow. Final artwork should be submitted with all supporting files by the deadline specified below at Gala@AggieNetwork.com. Please note, all artwork will be in black, white and maroon.

*Allow a .375” gutter on all spreads to prevent pertinent information being lost in the seam of the publication.

.125” Bleed

The file size should be extended .125” in every direction in which the message extends to the edge of the page.

Final Trimmed Ad Size

After printing, the bleed will be trimmed off to the size given above allowing the message to extend to the edge of the page.

.1875” Margin

Any information outside the live area created by the margins has a chance of being cut off because of possible shifting during the print/trimming process.

Acceptable Software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat PDF, EPS, TIFF, PSD, AI

You may provide your own artwork or The Association can provide a template. Send artwork, including all support files such as logos, graphic images and screen and printer fonts. All files must be black and white or greyscale. All greyscale images must be high resolution (at least 300 dpi). Contact us for further instructions.
